FareTrack enables airline revenue managers to visualize, analyze and benchmark future fares against accurate, customer-facing prices. It illustrates fare change opportunities using pricing presented on the public web. The core product is an easy-to-use online dashboard that offers a variety of visualizations and controls to enable airline revenue management teams to intuitively analyze competitive fare information.
Cindy graduated from San Jose State University and started her career at 365 Media in 2012, as a customer support executive focused on liaising between our data teams and US-based customers. Cindy then moved onto StorTrack at its inception and has been instrumental in the development and success of the StorTrack product suite. She took on the marketing responsibilities for the brand in 2017 and has managed marketing as well as all sales operations for the group since then. She is highly organized and meticulous, as well as extremely personable and easy to talk to. She has developed great rapport with our customers and is always there to answer their questions and meet their needs. She works closely with the StorTrack sales team, as well as devising, managing and executing an international marketing program.
